about

Bill's work is multifaceted and unpredictable. He played Conways at a house show in the northern outskirts of Lubbock, which I came to expecting him to play frenetic piano, maybe his homemade chimes would make an appearance. Instead he presented this suite of what I guess is outsider folk in a way. The text is dense and labyrinthine, referencing what I think are medieval philosophers and ancient texts. It's a wild ride.
