about

A retrospect of the collaborative works between Andrew Weathers and Andrew Marino in 2008. The simply designed 40 page book contains color and black & white photographs from each artist. In the back there is a CD-R of almost an hours worth of composed and improvised pieces. The first track Songs for Autumn, though never properly released until now, is the first piece recorded by the two back in 2007. With 2008 coming to an end, the duo recorded three improvised pieces within the depths of a vacant percussion studio. A minimalist approach to long-form improvisation using both electronic and acoustic instruments. These are cozy tones for winter nights.
